Wet and Hot Weather Policy
- Lesson will be canceled in one of the below situations,
1. It is too wet that the courts cannot be used for the lesson, or
2. It is too hot and temperature goes over 35 degrees.
- If the lesson is canceled due to wet weather or hot weather, you will be notified by a text message. If there is no message, please assume lesson is still on.
- If the lesson is canceled due to wet weather or hot weather, the lesson credit will be transferred to next term (provided that lesson fee is received on term basis).
Make-up Policy for Junior Group Coaching, Junior Squads and Junior Private Coaching
- If your child cannot attend a lesson due to unavailability or sickness, there is no refund and no credit transferred to next term.
- If your child cannot attend a lesson and you wish to make up the lesson, please advise Kenny at least 1 day before the lesson for unavailability and at least 1 hour for sickness.
- To make up the missed lessons, you need to take the initiative to contact Kenny to arrange the date and time. Walk-in may be refused.
- Make-up lesson may not be carried over to next term if the student cannot complete the make-up lesson in the current term. Passion Tennis Academy has the right to make the final decision.
Make-up Policy for Adult Group Coaching
- There is no make-up lesson for any missed lessons.
- If you are not available or you are sick, you need to advise Kenny before the lesson so that the lesson fee of that lesson can be deducted in next school term.
- Lesson fee of at most 2 missed lessons plus the cancelation due to wet or hot weather will be deducted in next term.
Photo and Video Consent
Passion Tennis Academy may take photos and videos during programs, lessons and events. You agree that images of you and your children may be used for marketing & promotion purposes without compensation or notice to yourself. Usage includes flyers, newsletters, website, facebook and other promotional materials.
